Recruiting Manager, Compute and Consumer (English, Mandarin)

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters and support staff to deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.

Create and implement a staffing business strategy and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and applicant satisfaction.

Oversee the management and development of a team of recruiters. Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a strong focus on team efficiency and productivity.

Monitor recruiting metrics and extended workforce recruiter performance.

Partner with internal stakeholders (product area recruiting leads) and external partners (extended workforce vendor delivery leads) to drive process consistency and governance.
Minimum qualifications
-
8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.

3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.

3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to manage the team and support the clients in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
10 years of HR experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, organizational design, business consulting, coaching and development.

Experience in building customer relationships and acting as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on recruitment, within the tech industry.

Experience liaising with staffing colleagues and business leaders across multiple markets.

Ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple clients.

Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage engaging demands.
