In this role, you will join a special project team creating a novel solution for customers with sophisticated security and locality requirements. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$255,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Security teams inside of Google and Partner and customer teams working with us.

• Develop operating system (OS) and hardware (HW) security features for our product.

• Design security solutions within the scope of the broader area.

• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

• 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

• Experience in Full-Stack Development.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 7 years of experience in software development.

• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure

• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

• Experience developing accessible technologies.

• Experience with distributed systems or networks, or compute technologies.
