You will work with enterprise advertisers in the US Consumer Goods and Entertainment sector.

As the Search Ads (SA) 360 Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key client and agency partners, providing exceptional product support and you will leverage our client management, industry knowledge and product expertise to help them achieve their online search marketing objectives with innovative application of Search Ads 360 technology. You will partner with multiple internal partner teams across Platforms, g Tech and LCS members to identify, prioritize and pursue opportunities and bring a ‘One Google’ approach to helping our customers grow.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SA360 client and agency relationships. Develop, drive, and renew these relationships across the upper levels of the organization. Work closely with the SA360 owners to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within the accounts.

  • Work with the growing space of Automotive and Home and Personal Care advertisers and advocate for Google's ad tech products.

  • Leverage our client management, industry, and product expertise to scope and understand customer and tactical objectives, to best consult on the adoption of SA360 technology and best practice solutions to drive search marketing success.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.

  • Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

  • Experience with Account Management.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.

  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.

  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • 1 year of leadership experience.

  • Experience with Search Engine Marketing.
