About the Role:

  • One year of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization
  • The role requires full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week. This position does not require any remote or hybrid work.
  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel, Google slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and other applications
  • Prior experience working with third-party providers
  • Expertise in data configuration and record keeping

  • Addressing inquiries and complaints effectively by email, Slack, and in person
  • Assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
  • Must be able to think on their feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
  • The role requires the application of innovative techniques to enhance the employee experience while reducing costs.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
  • Building relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
