HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional financial guidance and support. Your contributions will directly impact the financial success and peace of mind of our clients.

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Provide personalized, comprehensive financial planning, investment strategy, and tax services through one-on-one consultations with individual and/or corporate clients, including corporate employees, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Insightful Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare sophisticated financial reports and analyses covering critical areas such as cash flow optimization, income tax projections, investment allocation strategies, performance evaluations, and estate planning flowcharts, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Engage in extensive telephone and/or face-to-face interactions with clients and their external advisors, serving as a trusted resource to gather essential information and deliver expert financial advice.
  • Tax Expertise: Prepare accurate and timely income tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Project Leadership & Support: Actively contribute to and lead various financial planning projects and in-depth analyses, driving strategic initiatives forward.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop a comprehensive understanding of brokerage account operations, including opening, funding, and transaction processing, to ensure a seamless and superior client experience.
  • Service Model Immersion: Participate in client meetings to gain deep insights into our service delivery model and client deliverables, continuously enhancing your understanding of client needs and expectations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about client success and possess a strong foundation in financial services.

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Professional Certifications: FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 preferred; required within 4 months of hire.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for efficient data management and communication.
  • Organizational Acumen: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Ethical Conduct: Unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: An enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and delivering unparalleled client service.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven track record of successful cross-training, task-sharing, and fostering mutually supportive teamwork.
  • Proactive & Innovative: Must be innovative, demonstrate proactive time management, and possess a strong follow-through to ensure task completion and project success.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this Newport Beach CA, United States based position is: $70,400 - $125,000
