YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a Quantitative Trader to join the Electronic Market Making team to develop market making models and manage associated risk for stocks and equity futures in Asia. The trading horizon of this activity ranges from sub-second to multi-day, and requires an understanding of alpha research, quoting architectures and risk management.

OUR IMPACT

The team is responsible for managing all quantitative market making activities for stocks and equity futures in Asia. This involves continuous quoting in multiple venues and providing block liquidity.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As a Quantitative Trader, you will play an integral role in expanding our business, monetizing our edge, and providing a superior service to our clients. We run a flat structure, and you will have ample opportunity to take responsibility from day one. You will be surrounded by more experienced quant traders, who would provide mentorship and support as you grow into your role.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Academic background in Physics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Quantitative Finance
• Advanced coding and software design skills, preferably in Python
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis
• Experience with China or Taiwan HFT or MFT strategies in stocks or futures
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
