GS Ayco partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce—leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco believes companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees’ financial lives are clear, understood and in their control. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIALRESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Corporate Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and their programs, identify methods or solutions that optimize client engagement, and uncover efficiencies, tools and resources to improve client experience
- Analyze existing corporate accounts to identify expansion opportunities and position Ayco services in advance of regular meetings
- Work with RMs to determine and develop the appropriate materials to be used at client meetings and support RM to own certain follow ups from client meetings
- Collaborate with RMs, and various internal stakeholders, to develop materials requested by clients including agendas, presentations, program utilization reports, program communications, proposals, program reviews, roll out materials, program timelines, etc.
- Build strong relationships with external counterparts and attend client meetings as needed
- Maintain institutional opportunities for region and assist with documentation and follow-up from client discussions, both internally and externally
- Strategize as needed with Marketing team on marketing material creation
- Assist RMs in project management efforts for large corporate implementations and roll outs
- Update weekly and monthly regional opportunity/activity reports and prepare/deliver utilization, outcomes and other reports for our service lines
- Facilitate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed in line with RFP process, update RFP database
- Attend onsite engagement sessions at corporate accounts, including benefit fairs, program kick-offs and ongoing relationship engagement
- Develop financial education content, as applicable
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FORQUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales and/or financial industry preferred
- Ability to work with teams and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft products, including Work, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint
- Experience in Salesforce preferred
- Project management skills and strong independent decision-making skills
- Presentation and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Ayco’s high work quality standards
- Organizational skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency (will often be working under prospect/client-imposed deadlines)
- Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute prospect/client requests
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois United States-based position is $60,000 - $115,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
