About the role
Position Responsibilities
- Global Initiative Regionalization:
Partner with Global Marketing and regional leads to rollout global programmes across EMEA TPW and APAC; develop detailed rollout playbooks, track implementation milestones, and identify regional customization needs while maintaining global brand integrity.
- Cross-Regional Communication & Alignment:
Establish and maintain rhythm of communication and cross-regional forums; facilitate information flow between EMEA TPW and APAC teams to ensure consistent messaging, eliminate silos, and accelerate best practice sharing.
- Support key Pan-EU Marketing Initiatives: Work across pan-European initiatives such as the EMEA Investment Forum supporting our highest profile client events.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Updates:
Support the creation of regular communications to senior stakeholders including sales leadership, investment teams, and executive management; synthesize regional updates into executive-ready summaries that highlight activity and progress.
- Project Coordination & Tracking:
Maintain centralized project dashboards tracking key EMEA initiatives across both regions; proactively identify dependencies, escalate blockers, and ensure accountability across distributed teams and external agency partners.
- Operational Excellence:
Develop standardized processes for cross-regional collaboration, resource allocation, and budget tracking; continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction in high-velocity marketing operations.
- Risk management:
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications across multiple jurisdictions.
- Team connectivity:
Take an active role in the AM Marketing team, adopting a collaborative approach, sharing best practices, being involved in programs outside primary region as relevant, and contributing to the team's overall success.
- Partnership and collaboration:
Develop and maintain strong relationships within AM Marketing and across other AM Marketing colleagues, sales teams, investment heads, and key stakeholders across the region.
Qualifications and skills
- 1–3 years in a similar role within a leading financial institution
- Some knowledge of the asset management industry: clients, products, regulations, competitors
- An understanding of all marketing media including digital, events, social and print collateral
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities with demonstrated success coordinating multiple workstreams across time zones and matrixed structures.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint) with keen eye for visual design, data visualization, and executive-ready formatting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort interpreting marketing metrics and regional performance indicators to inform strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
