Job Responsibilities

• The Wealth Management Leadership & Regional Management team involvement ranges from internal consulting, strategy, competitor data, expense management, along with management reporting for senior leadership
• Business strategy & performance management: Collaborating with Global COOs on initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projects
• Leadership and internal presentations: Responsible for generation, distribution, and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual management reports. Build and deliver analytical insights to the leadership that will help in forming client, sales & product strategies
• Screening prospect lists and generally assisting in groundwork for firmwide lead targeting exercises
• Coordinating for referral feedback loop insights with OneGS teams and advisors
• Firmwide CRM data tracking & quality control
• Develop analytical lead allocation model

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or Commerce.
• Experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical or strategy function
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use, acquaintance to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Altreyx) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of wealth management, investment advisory and financial planning products and landscape
