About the role

Job Duties: Associate, POT Portfolio Lifecycle Management with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Minimize risk by adhering to policy and procedural requirements, acting as a checker for activities processed by team members. Apply judgment when assessing risks, interpreting data, summarizing conclusions, and presenting findings to management. Manage day-to-day loan transactional processing including Borrower advances, invoicing, payment collection and distribution and reconciliations. Engage directly with external customers to communicate and clarify information on risks, positions, outstanding balances, and claims. Support enhancements to workflows, processes, procedures and system functionalities, increasing team efficiency and loan servicing effectiveness. Assist as a data provider for weekly, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reporting requirements including FR Y-14Q and Shared National Credit (SNC) reports.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: applying risk & control framework to ensure loans are serviced in line with terms on the credit agreement/finance orders and company policies; identifying non-standard/exceptions from the draft credit agreement/finance order prior to execution; servicing clients with more than 1000 contracts and performing secondary checks on loan activities; reading and extracting information on credit agreements/Finance orders pursuant to the Loan Syndication and Trading Association (American market) as well as Loan Market Association (European market) convention agreements; ensure proper deal set up for accurate loan accruals using various loan types, including Revolver, Swinglines and term loans; and resolving loan-related discrepancies independently and interpreting against policies, guidelines, or processes.
