Job Summary:

We are seeking Senior Backend Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to design, develop, and maintain robust distributed backend applications.

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, Git

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure distributed backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our microservices ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and non-production environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot
• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with design and implementation of high throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
• Experience working with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies.
• Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE principles
