  • Support active pipeline management including maintaining a weekly dashboard and assisting on sourcing and strategic activity analyses as needed
  • Support structuring and documentation processes by coordinating inputs, tracking open items, and facilitating deal execution through signing and closing
  • Lead stakeholder and pipeline workstreams including consulting agreements, CDAs, and advisor invoicing
  • Partner with investing teams on post-close asset management support, including maintaining key portfolio trackers, coordinating internal reporting, and supporting periodic portfolio reviews and governance processes
  • Contribute to execution best practices and process improvement (templates, trackers, playbooks), helping scale the platform and drive consistency across Life Sciences transactions

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with strong academic and professional record
  • Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking operations, private equity/growth equity operations, transaction management, or a similar execution-oriented role; healthcare/life sciences exposure is a plus but not required
