The Private Wealth Management (PWM) business provides end to end Investment Management services and advise across a full range of asset classes for High net worth individuals. PWM leverages a global technology platform offering, an integrated suite of tools, and applications to service clients. This platform helps realize a client's goals and objectives, develops and implements an integrated wealth management plan and delivers first-class client service. PWM Client Onboarding Technology, part of PWM Technology is a platform comprising of multiple system needed for onboarding PWM Clients and manage lifecycle. Team is global with developers located in Salt Lake City/Dallas, Bengaluru/Hyderabad & New York/New Jersey. Join PWM Client Onboarding Technology to be part of a team that is building the next generation onboarding platform for clients across AWM. We are building highly scalable, distributed, low latency onboarding application that provides unified client experience across various divisions in AWM. Our tech stack is both wide and deep. We use technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Elastic, drools, Geode cache, Camunda workflows and our application is built based on a scalable micro services architecture. You will be part of a smart, passionate and fun team of developers who are excellent collaborators. You will get to design, develop and deploy features across the stack.

The mission of the Agile team is increase the value, transparency, and happiness of software delivery teams through Agile and related practices. We coach individuals, teams and programs. This forward-looking group defines scaling practices, team-level best practices, tooling, and reporting, and will always be on the front line of agility within the firm.
As a member of Agile, this Associate-level Scrum Master will help drive the success of individual teams while working with senior Agile professionals as a custodian for continuous improvement in how delivery teams become high-performing teams that consistently deliver customer value.
YOU WILL
- Facilitate and support Agile events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Coach engineers, designers, product owners and subject matter experts in Agile practices, values and principles
- Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Guide team members in story writing and refinement, backlog maintenance, prioritization and planning
- Facilitate creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs
- Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role
- Track and remove impediments, and guide the team to remove impediments
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
- Exemplifies and promotes agile values and principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Comfortable with Scrum concepts like refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA
- 5 years of product or project development experience, or 5 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
