The Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Go Guardian, you will work alongside our sales and customer experience teams as the ultimate product specialist and provide both pre- and post- sales technical guidance.
You will leverage your technical and people skills to help deliver customer solutions and become a trusted advisor in the process. You should be highly self-motivated and extremely curious to learn more about Go Guardian’s products and the vast problems they can solve.
What You'll Do

Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Go Guardian’s products, their capabilities, and their limitations.

Client Engagement: Participate in discovery calls to identify the customer’s technical landscape and determine plans for technical deployment.

Sales Support: Assist pre and post sales teams by addressing technical questions and objections, enhancing their presentations with your in-depth product knowledge.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.

Onboarding & Implementation: Support new and existing customers with onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization of our software solutions.

Problem Solving: Research and recommend new technical solutions to address client needs, acting as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and guidance.

Documentation & Communication: Provide detailed documentation and clear communication to internal teams and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned.
Who You Are
-
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a technical focus, ideally within the SaaS industry (consulting, solution architecture, professional services, etc.); education technology experience highly preferred.

Strong background combining business acumen and technical expertise.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create detailed documentation.

Proven ability to build rapport with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Background in IT and/or network administration, including familiarity with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy, and Sys Admin functions.

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The typical base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience. Grammarly - Superhuman Go + GoGuardian
Greetings fellow technology trenchfolk! I am wondering if anyone else is in this boat. We allow our students 6-12 to have the free grammarly extension installed, we utilize GoGuardian content filter/teacher, and are Chromebook 1:1 for that age set. Recently, a teacher approached me to let me know that Grammarly has added an AI to their extension.
