We seek a Solutions Sales Specialist Salesforce Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

  • Industry Expertise:

Strong relationship network and proven track record selling into the Financial Services industry. Experience in other industries (Retail, Manufacturing, etc.) is highly desirable to provide a holistic perspective.

  • Salesforce & AI Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with specific knowledge of Salesforce AI (Einstein), Data Cloud, and Agentforce. You must be able to discuss AI readiness and implementation strategies with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Complex Project Sales:

Demonstrated experience managing long, complex sales cycles in a high-pressure environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Modern Sales Skills:
  • Digital Storytelling:

Ability to create compelling narratives that bridge the gap between legacy systems and future-state AI-driven organizations.

  • Strategic Negotiation:

Mastery of complex contract negotiations, specifically regarding professional services and outcome-based pricing models.

  • Technical Literacy:

Comfort discussing API integrations, data architecture, and security protocols at a high level.

  • Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the Brazilian market landscape and experience selling into large enterprise clients.

  • Languages:

Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English is required (Spanish is a plus).

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development:

Lead the full sales cycle for complex Salesforce-based projects, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and deal closure.

  • Financial Services Focus:

Leverage your existing network and deep industry knowledge to position Globant as the premier digital partner for banks, fintechs, and insurance companies.

  • Consultative Selling & AI Advisory:

Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, articulating the business value of Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, and Generative AI in solving modern enterprise challenges.

  • Revenue Generation:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within both new logos and existing strategic accounts to consistently exceed sales targets.

  • Collaboration & Orchestration:

Partner closely with the Salesforce Studio technical teams, AI specialists, and Global Account Managers to design winning proposals and high-impact digital roadmaps.

  • Partnership Management:

Maintain and strengthen our strategic relationship with Salesforce field sales teams, particularly within the FINS (Financial Services) vertical.
