WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?

• At least 4 years of experience as an AI Engineer or a similar role.

• Proven experience developing AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, including work with models such as Claude, Titan, or Llama 3 via Bedrock APIs.

• Hands-on, production-level experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience designing agentic architectures, multi-step reasoning systems, or autonomous AI pipelines that interact with structured enterprise data.

• Strong Python and frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.

• Experience integrating LLMs with data warehouses and data lakes (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, dbt).

• Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines, embedding models, and vector search systems (e.g., Pinecone, Open Search).

• Familiarity with API development(FastAPI, Flask) and serverless orchestration (AWS Lambda, Step Functions).

• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and system observability for LLM-based applications.

• Good at English skills.
