Paid Media Consultant - Madrid

GUT Network is Globant’s creative, digital marketing, advertising, and media studio. We combine creativity, data, and technology to orchestrate AI-powered marketing strategies that drive real business impact for our clients.

Right now, we are looking for a Paid Media Consultant who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era

What will help you succeed:

• Alignment of strategy in coordination with other teams and a strong ownership attitude for each project.

• Analytical skills: data-driven decision-making.

• Growth mindset: a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape to propose and manage growth actions for various products.

• Expertise in full-funnel campaigns.

• Strong communication skills to present each project effectively, both internally and to clients.

• Intermediate/professional level of English.

• Paid Platforms (campaign execution): Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads (plus: DSPs (programmatic) and Affiliate Networks).

• Owned Media (understanding functionality, not operational): Adserver GAM, CRM (Salesforce), Pushologies, Social (including Link In Bio).

• Action Attribution: Appsflyer, Google Analytics 4.

• Dashboards: Looker Studio, Power BI.

• Analysis: Google Sheets, Excel.

• Reporting: Google Slides, PowerPoint.
