We seek a Senior Data Scientist AI Expert who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions (ML, DL, NLP, GenAI) end-to-end in production environments.
• Strong track record in translating complex business problems into scientific AI solutions, ensuring models are accurate, fair, explainable, and scalable.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs and diffusion models, implementing solutions end-to-end rather than relying on pre-built APIs.
• Proven collaboration skills with Data, MLOps, Product, and Business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions aligned with responsible AI practices.
• Up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art AI research, tools, and frameworks, with the ability to communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
