AI Consultant

We seek an AI Consultant who shares our passion for agility, technical excellence, and driving transformation within the banking sector. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact financial products in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What will help you succeed:

• 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in AI, ML, Data, or Software Engineering, backed by a solid quantitative STEM background and a strong drive to build enterprise-grade systems from scratch.
• Proven experience design-building RAG systems and Agentic AI workflows, with practical mastery of orchestration, tool calling, and memory management using the modern stack (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph).
• Solid foundations in MLOps and Cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS), enabling you to deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable GenAI pipelines using Git, CI/CD, and Docker (experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, or MLflow is a major plus).
• Familiarity with production-grade evaluation and guardrail frameworks (such as Ragas, Deep Eval, or Lang Smith) to continuously monitor, benchmark, and ensure the grounding, safety, and quality of LLM outputs.
• Exceptional autonomy and communication skills to translate complex functional business requirements into technical components, alongside professional proficiency in English being mandatory.
