Required Experience: 6-12 years Job Location: Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad What you can expect in the role:⦁ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes⦁ Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to clearly define business needs and system requirements⦁ Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible⦁ Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other sessions with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and provide updates on project progress⦁ Prioritize new features based on short-term and long-term business goals and technical platform scalability⦁ Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements⦁ Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects⦁ Participate in project planning and management activities, including creating project schedules, tracking progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders⦁ Provide training and support to end users on new and updated IT systems⦁ Exposure to working in Scrum or SAFe environment.⦁ Hands on experience with requirements management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps etcWhat we expect of you:
