AI Lead

We seek an AI Lead who shares our passion for agility, technical excellence, and driving transformation within the banking sector. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact financial products in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What will help you succeed:

• 5–8 years of total technical experience, with at least 1–2 recent years successfully leading production-grade GenAI projects (moving beyond Po Cs and notebooks) and backed by a solid quantitative STEM background.
• Proven expertise designing and deploying production-ready RAG systems and Agentic AI architectures, with deep mastery of multi-step workflows, orchestration, tool calling, and memory management using Python and the modern stack (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph, DSPy).
• Solid engineering foundations in MLOps and Enterprise AI Platforms, enabling you to architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow) and leverage cloud services like Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, or Salesforce Agentforce.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation, safety, and observability, with hands-on experience implementing robust frameworks (Ragas, Deep Eval, Lang Smith, Arize) to continuously monitor model drift, quality, grounding, and guardrails.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide code reviews, mentor junior consultants, and clearly articulate complex architecture decisions to banking stakeholders, with professional proficiency in English being mandatory.
