We seek a Sustainable Business Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What you'll do Business development & client growth

  • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across cross-industry clients — driving qualified pipeline, bookings, and account expansion

  • Lead client-facing conversations from discovery to close: framing problems, shaping commercial proposals, and co-creating roadmaps with C-level and sustainability leaders

  • Build long-term trust-based relationships — not transactional sales — and identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts

  • Represent Globant's SBS in industry forums, client workshops, and partner ecosystems

Innovation & go-to-market

  • Co-design new offerings at the intersection of sustainability, AI, and digital transformation alongside Globant's technical studios (AI, Data, Cloud, Engineering)

  • Translate emerging regulations, frameworks, and client pain points (climate disclosure, sustainable finance, decarbonization, AI governance, green IT) into productized propositions

  • Contribute to GTM playbooks, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership that differentiates Globant in the market

Delivery & client value

  • Stay close to execution on key accounts to ensure delivery quality, client NPS, and account health

  • Partner with delivery leads to scope, staff, and de-risk engagement.

  • Capture lessons learned and feed them back into the offering roadmap

What will help you succeed:

  • Bilingual English / Spanish (C1+). Portuguese is a plus

  • Sharp commercial instincts

  • Strong storytelling (written and verbal) for both technical and executive audience

  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a distributed, fast-moving Studio

  • Working knowledge of ESG and sustainability: challenges, regulations, opportunities, industry-specific priorities and more.

  • Familiarity with sustainability-related technology domains

  • Advanced user of AI productivity tools in your day-to-day workflow

  • Able to co-design AI-powered solutions with technical teams — you can hold your own in a conversation about agents, RAG, or model selection

  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and the sustainability footprint of AI itself
