Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Engineer to lead the development and optimization of next-generation Resistive RAM (ReRAM) products. This role focuses on improving product yield, reducing bit error rates (BER), and optimizing test programs to ensure high performance and manufacturability of advanced non-volatile memory technologies.
Your Job

Develop and execute yield improvement strategies by analyzing test data and identifying root causes of failures in ReRAM products.

Lead initiatives to reduce Bit Error Rate (BER) through effective analysis and solution implementation.

Optimize test programs to improve coverage, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Process, and Test to resolve issues and drive product enhancements.

Provide technical leadership and support from new product introduction (NPI) through high-volume manufacturing.

Ensure product engineering excellence across all phases of development and production.
Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.

Minimum 8 years in semiconductor product engineering.

Experience: Hands-on experience with Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) product development and mass production.

Travel: Up to 10%
-
Physical Capacity Demands: Standard office and lab environment; occasional cleanroom work.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Direct product engineering experience with Resistive RAM (ReRAM).

Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
