Summary of Role:

You are part of a team developing industry-leading GenAI/AI solutions for semiconductor enablement development and design workflows. As an IP Design AI Solution Architect you will architect end to end IP design flows using GenAI/AI agents and EDA tools. You are also responsible for gathering requirements and current state from various IP (Eg: Stdcell, SRAM, IO, e Fuse, Non-volatile Memory) and reference design stakeholders. Prioritize, design and develop AI solution pipeline, milestones, and delivery. Interface with stakeholder’s leadership to drive adoption, present productivity gains and new dimensions of innovation offered by the AI solutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Be a domain expert and a bridge between semiconductor design engineers, automation and AI solution developers.
• Interface with teams responsible for IP, reference design and design automation to identify the opportunities, and architect the solution pipeline using GenAI/AI for end to end IP design (Desgin, Verification, Characterization, Si Validation).
• Develop strategies to implement data harvesting across the design process and retrieval to deliver AI solutions.
• Create or assemble testcases required for specific AI solution development.
• Tack successful solution development and deployment by the developers. Address domain knowledge and data roadblocks.
• Develop training material to increase solution adoption and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor dashboards to ensure compliance with best known methods and workflows by stakeholders.
• Develop OKRs, track and deliver.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (PDK, Central CAD and Methodology, Design and Eco-system partners).

Required Qualifications:

• Education – 10 years experience with Masters degree or PhD or 12 years experience with Bachelors in Electronics, Semiconductors or related field.
• Experience in Analog, Mixed-Signal IP design and automation.
• Experience in design and characterization of the IPs like stdcells, SRAM, Non-Volatile Memory.
• Experience in spice testbench, layout, design optimization, P&R and EDA views like Liberty (.libs), EMIR, LEF/DEF.
• Experience or certifications in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and related concepts.
• Ability to capture and present big transformational ideas involving complex multi-modal data.
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AI/ML/Reinforce Learning, pipelines, transformers.
• Certification in database usage and architecture is preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to foster innovation through collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and project manage the time and resource.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
