Introduction

We are seeking a high-caliber Service Engineer to serve as the primary technical expert for the diagnosis, repair, and calibration of complex power delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision maintenance and repair of RF Generators and RF Matching Networks.

• Work at the component level to diagnose and restore high‑frequency electronic systems.

• Use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure equipment meets OEM specifications.

• Conduct performance validation and deep-dive failure analysis.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Strong foundation in RF theory (impedance matching, Smith Charts, VSWR).

• Ability to read and interpret complex electronic schematics.

• Advanced SMT soldering proficiency.

• Hands-on experience with bench instruments:

Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)

• Spectrum analyzers

• Oscilloscopes

Soft Skills & Behavioral Traits

• Strong analytical mindset; acts as a technical detective to uncover true root causes.

• Clear and adaptable communication skills for reporting complex failures.

• High attention to detail; ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, down-tool environments.

• Sense of urgency and commitment to equipment uptime and manufacturing continuity.
