Apply design updates and learn key memory architecture concepts (bitcells, wordlines, bitlines, peripherals).
-
Support design and simulation of analog/mixed‑signal blocks using various analyses (DC, AC, transient, Monte Carlo).
-
Evaluate simulation results and build understanding of matching, noise, and variability.
-
Assist with pre‑ and post‑layout simulations and basic DRC/LVS understanding.
-
Work with layout engineers on matching, symmetry, spacing, and assess layout impact on circuit performance.

-
Knowledge of schematic capture and circuit simulation tools (e.g., Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE).
-
Basic knowledge of CMOS devices and semiconductor processes.
Preferred Qualifications
-
University projects or internships involving Memory circuits and/or analog or mixed‑signal IC design.
