Job Description

• Develop, optimize and sustain Test Equipment & Process capability to meet operations goals

• Liaise with process owner/customer on overall e Test support.

• Plan, develop and implement new e Test program and hardware for Electrical Test.

• New project/customer transferred program development.

• Maintain e Test programs and ensure test integrity.

• Implement proper documentation system to ensure proper e Test operations and conformance to company quality system.

• Ensure proper e Test program correlation and buyoff

• Qualify and release new Tester/hardware/fixture/probe card

• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance

• Review ETSPC trend charts to identify any equipment or probe card related issue

• Organize training for Assistant Engineer to upgrade their skills

• Ensure proper cross training and knowledge sharing

• Facilitate and lead in Continuous Improvement Projects and Productivity Improvement Projects

Job Complexity

• Proficient in some aspects of a technical discipline.

• Initiative and creativity are limited to fulfilling standard practices related to job responsibilities.

• Uses standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems

• Completes a variety of routine projects, assignments and tasks.

• Directed contact at engineering level.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic principles and practices in one technical discipline.

• Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR)

• BS + 0-2 years of experience or

• MS + 0-2 years
