Introduction

This position is for a Program Manager who will lead large projects related to technology development and customer specific deliverables for programs at Global Foundries. This is a key position responsible for aligning plans across teams, interfacing with customers, driving adherence to plans and addressing gaps that arise to ensure program success.

Your Job

• Plans, monitors and manages internal technical programs from initiation through completion.

• Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products/programs

• Mastery and breadth of semiconductor manufacturing with emphasis on power related processes/products.

• Program manage project from project inception to product delivery

• Communicate and coordinate multidisciplinary team with high efficiency

• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions

• Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases

• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders

• Work with stakeholders to identify product/program gaps, define product requirements and engage with customers to communicate program status and confirm customer requirements

• Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 10+ years in semiconductor IP/product development

• 8+ years of prior experience in a program management/ technical project management role managing multiple programs to successful closure

• Min 5+ years' experience in power related processes/products.

• Demonstrated skills with recognized program management tools

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments

• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines

• Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs

• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization particularly in a global environment and experience in working with external constituencies

• Strong background in customer engagements with demonstrated customer engagements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment.
