Introduction
This position is for a Program Manager who will lead large projects related to technology development and customer specific deliverables for programs at Global Foundries. This is a key position responsible for aligning plans across teams, interfacing with customers, driving adherence to plans and addressing gaps that arise to ensure program success.
Your Job

Plans, monitors and manages internal technical programs from initiation through completion.

Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products/programs

Mastery and breadth of semiconductor manufacturing with emphasis on power related processes/products.

Program manage project from project inception to product delivery
-
Communicate and coordinate multidisciplinary team with high efficiency
-
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
-
Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
-
Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
-
Work with stakeholders to identify product/program gaps, define product requirements and engage with customers to communicate program status and confirm customer requirements

Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as needed
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's/master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with at least 10+ years in semiconductor IP/product development
-
8+ years of prior experience in a program management/ technical project management role managing multiple programs to successful closure
-
Min 5+ years' experience in power related processes/products.

Demonstrated skills with recognized program management tools

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments

Ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines

Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs

Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization particularly in a global environment and experience in working with external constituencies

Strong background in customer engagements with demonstrated customer engagements
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions
-
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification is highly desirable

Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment.
