About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Brand Designer who can turn complex ideas into simple, powerful designs. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and execution. You’ll design across the web, campaigns, product storytelling, and digital experiences, and translate AI and product concepts into clear, compelling visuals. You’ll also contribute to the systems and frameworks that allow great work to scale across the company. We’re looking for someone with strong craft, sharp instincts, and the ability to move quickly. You should be comfortable working across mediums, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams, and pushing the work forward, not just executing it.

You will:

Design across web, campaigns, and product storytelling

Turn complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals

Contribute to Glean’s brand system and scalable design frameworks

Partner cross-functionally to bring ideas to life

Can work across multiple mediums (web, motion, campaigns)

This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Bengaluru office)
