Job Description What You Will Do?

The Service Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing service marketing initiatives that drive Repair Orders, Average Ticket growth, service retention, and customer pay performance across the GM dealer network.

This role combines structured execution with analytical rigor, ensuring special programs—particularly Mantenimiento Integrado—are delivered with discipline, tracked through KPIs, and translated into clear business results.

Responsibilities:

Service Marketing Execution & Programs

  • Execute service marketing initiatives aligned to core KPIs:
  • Repair Orders (RO)
  • Average Ticket
  • Service retention / customer pay
  • Own the end‑to‑end execution of assigned initiatives (planning → deployment → performance assessment).
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of special programs, with a primary focus on Mantenimiento Integrado.
  • Ensure initiatives are communicated clearly and executed consistently across dealers.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Define and track campaign and program KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and risks.
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Track RO, ticket, and retention impact versus targets.

Dealer & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Service Operations, Finance, Advertising, Product Development).
  • Support dealer‑facing execution, ensuring understanding of program objectives, mechanics, and expected outcomes.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact to resolve execution issues and ensure adoption.

Operational Discipline

  • Maintain documentation of initiatives, performance results, and learnings.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Proactively identify execution gaps or risks and escalate with solutions.

Work Appropriately

  • Hybrid:

This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.

  • Advanced English.
