Purpose of the role
A Program Manager is needed when an organization is managing multiple, complex infrastructure initiatives and wants them delivered in a coordinated, efficient, and risk-controlled manner. The Program Manager would help & be responsible for:

- Data-Driven Decision Making
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Program Planning & Governance:
- Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, success metrics, and timelines aligned with business strategy.
- Establish program governance, standards, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps and integrated plans.
Project & Portfolio Management:
- Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Review project performance and take corrective actions where required.
Facilities Operations Oversight:
- Manage multiple facilities projects such as fit-outs, refurbishments, capacity expansion, asset upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee workplace services programs including housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and helpdesk operations.
- Ensure seamless coordination between projects and ongoing facilities operations.
- Drive standardization of processes, SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs across locations
- Ensure uninterrupted business operations through proactive planning and controls.
Facilities Automation Strategy:
- Define and implement facilities automation and digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for automation across HVAC, lighting, access control, utilities, helpdesk, and asset management.
- Align automation initiatives with business objectives, sustainability goals, and workplace standards.
- Standardize automation architecture across sites.
Compliance, Risk & Change Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and issues.
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards (fire, EHS, building codes).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Support audits, certifications, and inspections.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations.
Communication & Coordination:
- Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize communications to ensure timely responses.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Provide regular program status updates to leadership.
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance gaps; recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and program records.
- Implement process improvements, technology adoption, and best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS-
- Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline
- 8-12 of experience in project/program management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Flexible, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Hard skills:
- Program & project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Risk management and dependency management.
