Great things are happening in the Europe and Australia (EUAU) region. Each day, our 2,500 plus colleagues bring their passion to our offices, manufacturing sites, R&D center, and commercial/distributor markets across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We are energized by over 150 years of bringing people together with the food they love. With beloved brands Old El Paso, Häagen-Dazs, Nature Valley, Betty Crocker, Fibre One, Latina Fresh and more, we are on a mission to become the undisputed growth leader in food for EUAU. In a world that’s ever-changing, we look to stay ahead and seek people who share our love of food and are hungry to shape the future.

About the job

We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Finance Analyst to partner with our UK & Ireland business and help shape the financial performance of our brands on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of the business — where finance meets strategy. You’ll work closely with Brand and Commercial teams to drive growth, influence key decisions, and maximise return on investment across a multi-million-pound portfolio.

If you enjoy combining analytical rigour with real business influence, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping brand performance and long-term strategy.

What your role is

  • Partner with Brand teams to shape and deliver short- and long-term strategies that drive growth across the UK & Ireland markets.
  • Own financial performance management, overseeing multi-million-pound budgets and ensuring strong ROI through accurate forecasting, cost optimisation, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver deep P&L insights, analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decisions that maximise financial value.
  • Lead Strategic Revenue Management analysis, modelling initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to strengthen pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Drive innovation pipeline development, building robust business cases to guide investment decisions and ensure profitable growth.
  • Collaborate on New Product Development (NPD), creating financial models, tracking performance, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead forecasting and reporting cycles, providing clear, accurate performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, continuously improving tools and models to support smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
  • Communicate with impact, translating complex financial data into clear, compelling insights that drive action across cross-functional teams.

What you will bring to the team

You’re a qualified CIMA professional with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience, bringing a strong track record in a commercial environment, ideally within branded food or FMCG.

You combine strong financial expertise with sharp commercial acumen and are confident in challenging, influencing, and partnering with stakeholders across a matrix organisation. You communicate with clarity and impact — translating complex financial insights into meaningful business recommendations.

Above all, you’re a collaborative, high-integrity team player with the energy, curiosity, and ambition to grow — both personally and within the business.

What’s in it for you?

Work with Heart - offers us flexibility that also requires partnership to ensure we regularly come together in person for those moments that help drive our business forward. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 2 days per week in the office with the opportunity to finish at 15:00 on Fridays.

Wellbeing - We want our people to feel well and thrive, for this we offer free Headspace account for you and up to 5 friends or family members, ongoing activities, Employee Assistance Program and more.

Health & Dental Insurances – All colleagues get the opportunity to join our insurances from day one.

Family & Carers Leave - Every family is unique. Our approach allows every family to have the opportunity to spend quality time-off to support them from the point of birth or adoption to care, with enhanced covers.

Enjoy other perks like enhanced pension contributions, subsidised canteen, access to both peer-to-peer recognition and discount platforms, 2 extra days for volunteering work, and more...
