Purpose of the role
The Contingent Workforce Program Professional will play a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective management of our global contingent workforce. This individual will be responsible for data collection, validation, and integrity efforts related to our Vendor Management System (VMS), specifically Workday VNDLY. Additionally, this role will actively contribute to strategic projects aimed at globalizing and enhancing our contingent workforce program. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic environment. The role may also support other VMS projects as well as provide some backup support to other program consultants when there are peaks in requisition management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Management & VMS Support:

Collect, compile, and validate contingent worker data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and format data for bulk uploads into the Workday VNDLY VMS, ensuring compliance with system requirements and data governance standards.
-
Perform regular data audits and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining high data quality within the VMS.
-
Support VMS users with data-related inquiries and provide guidance on data entry best practices.
-
Assist in the creation and maintenance of VMS reports and dashboards to monitor key contingent workforce metrics.

Program Globalization & Project Support:
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the global expansion and standardization of the contingent workforce program.

Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities related to program enhancements, system integrations, and policy development.

Actively support VMS-specific projects, including system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and the rollout of new features.

Conduct research and analysis to support program design decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for new processes or system functionalities.

Support change management efforts by communicating updates and providing support to stakeholders during program transitions.

Operational & Team Support:

Provide backup support to other program consultants during peak periods of requisition management to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management to support strategic decision-making.

Contribute to the development of program metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a data-focused role, HR operations, procurement, or contingent workforce management.
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS); direct experience with Workday VNDLY is preferred.
- Proven experience with data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Experience supporting projects, particularly those with a global scope, is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with contingent workforce concepts, policies, and best practices is a plus
