Key Responsibilities Generate Demand insights (demand changes, bias and YoY drivers), drive Ireland growth, secure service and reduce waste & costs leading the monthly S&OP cycle with SRM, Commercial finance, Marketing Display Strategic thinking and drive a rolling cross-functional long-range forecast (12-24 months). Support the Budget creation Analyse the 0-12 months demand plan and partner with the Commercial team to deliver a balanced forecast through regular forecast reviews. Manage in-month forecast changes to drive replenishment into the market Partner with our Supply & factory team to balance Supply and Demand over the 24-month horizon Being accountable for service & allocation decisions within key customers) in the market Support implementation of demand enhancing tools & best practices Ensure APO Demand Planning system is correctly administered Provide viable forecasts for NPD KPI’s Targeted Forecast accuracy and sales bias Customer service availability & OTIF Costs savings (productivity projects & wastage) Company EBIT The Candidate Degree Caliber 3-5 years of proven experience (FMCG) – Demand Planning. End-to-end understanding of Supply chain Proven project management skills. Strong systems knowledge – computer literate with a strong analytical capability (Excel, SAP & APO experience preferred) Strong oral and written communication skills Required: Work Attributes/Qualities Strong analytical skills; problem solving Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills with ability to constructively challenge Proven ability to work cross-functionally & flex communication style to adjust to Business and Supply chain experts stakeholders Performance driven with a Continuous Improvement mind set.
