Job Overview , A software testing professional with 5-7 years of experience in performance testing and performance report Analysis Candidate with experience on working in offshoring model is preferred. Responsibilities 80% Performance testing l Responsibilities
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
- Develop re-usable automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams/stakeholder for fixes
- Familiarity of work with Agile teams
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality result.
- Provide the test execution report to stakeholders. 20% Operational Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders from different country & time zones
- Flexibility to work at late hours Education Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Degree Requirements: Bachelors Experience Minimum years of related experience required: 5 + years Preferred years of related experience: 6 + years Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed: Experience in working with Load Runner, JMeter and Neo Load. Strong problem solving and analytical skills Exposure in Performance testing for. Net, SAP and Tableau. Experience to work with enterprise integration software technologies such as Web Services, MQ, DB Experience to work with App Dynamics Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Competencies/Behaviors required for job: Person with solid testing experience is preferred Ability to manage international stakeholders Working experience with global stakeholders is preferred.
