We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Project Manager to be the central force behind executing the ANZ innovation and renovation pipeline. This critical role, based in Mt. Your Mission:

Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Take full ownership of the innovation and renovation pipeline for Australia & New Zealand. You will manage projects from concept to launch, leading diverse cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance), navigating the stage-gate process, and ensuring all key milestones are met on time.

Champion Factory Integration: Act as the strategic brand owner for our Rooty Hill manufacturing facility. You will oversee the total program of projects, including new products and margin expansion initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
