About the job Responsibilities:

Payroll & Tax Compliance: Accurately and efficiently process payroll, ensuring timely and compliant tax reporting in accordance with all applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations.

This includes monthly tax declarations, adjustments, year-end reconciliations, and managing all employer and employee tax obligations.

Benefits Administration: Manage the seamless implementation and administration of all mandatory government benefits (e.g., social insurance, pension) and company-provided supplementary benefits for Hong Kong employees. HR Operations Support: Provide a full range of HR operational support to Hong Kong employees, including inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources shared services or HR operations within multinational corporations (MNCs).

Proven experience with payroll processing and tax compliance in Hong Kong; strong understanding of Hong Kong employment law and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.

Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
