
Foodservice Sales Leads Strategy Manager
About the role
OVERVIEW The Foodservice Leads Strategy Manager is a newly created role that will focus on establishing the overarching vision and strategies that will develop new ways of leveraging data, machine learning and insights to drive the effectiveness and impact of sales leads for our Foodservice Sales team. We have made a significant investment in Salesforce and Einstein to unlock the insights and identify operator selling opportunities and this role will take the leads development to the next level. It will be incumbent on this role to influence the confidence, adoption, and execution of leads across the Foodservice sales teams. Strong candidates will demonstrate advanced analytical/problem solving skills, strong influencing skills, and the ability to translate the needs of our sales team to our technical teams. This role is based out of Minneapolis, MN (strongly preferred). Remote candidates may be considered. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop overarching Leads vision and strategy for Convenience & Foodservice (C&F) across functions, processes and technologies Manage Saleforce Einstein roadmap and enhancement prioritization as the product owner & D&T liaison Establish Playbook for Leads protocol including prioritization, sale execution alignment and activation (digital nurturing, data augmentation and field sales execution) Provide business rules and context to guide Analytics team, data scientist(s) and Einstein Admins towards increased intelligence/relevance of leads Own test & learn/refinement strategy to continuously improve leads effectiveness through leads effectiveness metrics and measurement Benchmark external best practices to maximize data usage to enhance leads quality Identify and establish prioritization of data opportunities (new sources) that would augment the data landscape for leads impact Work across stakeholder groups (Digital, BX, Analytics, Sales, D&T) to identify and leverage new or existing data in ways to improve sales leads MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience Ability to collaborate in a matrixed/cross-functional organization with partners Strong analytical skills and experience aggregating internal and external data sources of information to build an influential selling story Strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, and negotiation skills Strong problem solving with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress Proven ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business Understanding and knowledge of common Sales roles and how they will interact with the end-product Strong main point communication skills and ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders at all levels of in the organization Demonstrated success with Machine Learning technology and large-scale data projects. Demonstrated project management across multiple complex/competing initiatives Demonstrated thought leadership, strategy, and process development Experience working with sales leads development and execution measurement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree (Data Science/Analytics) Ten (10) years of relevant experience Preferred experience with Salesforce and Einstein Analytics (TCRM) Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Foodservice Sales COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
