Role Overview
Maintain CNC machine tools correctly. Continuously improve the machining process and process equipment of products to continuously increase production capacity.
The Ideal Candidate

Perform parts processing work in accordance with established machining process documents and specifications.

Under supervision, follow standard procedures and written operating instructions.

Operate and maintain CNC machine tools correctly.
-
Understand and follow quality requirements to control the quality of machined products.
-
Follow quality, environmental, safety, and health regulations to improve and maintain a clean and orderly workplace environment for machining.

Continuously improve the machining process and process equipment of products to continuously increase production capacity.
-
According to the company's quality system regulations, correctly fill in the process data documents and forms required for the machining process.

Combined with the problems in the actual machining process, improve and optimize.

Comply with the company's rules and regulations and processes, including but not limited to legal compliance, quality, production, environmental health and safety (EHS), personnel administration, lean production and other aspects of the rules and regulations and processes.

Complete other tasks assigned by the foreman or supervisor.
Required Qualifications
-
Graduated from a secondary vocational school or equivalent technical school.

Experience in machining is preferred. Familiar with machining technology and understanding of the machining characteristics of nickel-based alloys and titanium alloys.

Able to understand mechanical drawings.

Have a certain level of English and be able to understand relevant English work documents.

Have good 5S quality and EHS knowledge.
