The DRR Project Leader is responsible for leading the entire Discount Reserve Review for assigned MCR (Material Cost Reconciliation), SCR (Service Cost Reconciliation), MCG (Material Cost Guarantee) and Customized Service Agreement (CSA) contracts. Provide financial leadership and controllership for margin, including analysis of contract forecast and trends to drive timely margin improvement actions, and analysis of risks and opportunities.

As the DRR Project Leader, you will:

  • Execute & audit the technical modeling for assigned contracts as part of the DRR & Technical/Commercial Actions
  • Engage horizontally with Customer Program Manager, Finance, Engineering, Risk, Sales and Product Line Lead to continuously identify risks, opportunities and Technical/Commercial Action pipeline to increase contract profitability
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical model along with understanding of financial impact to the contract margin
  • Apply Flight Deck/AI into daily work to improve process and efficiency
  • Perform detailed Actualization root cause analysis and explain in a clear concise manner
  • Identify contract Leading Indicators of pressure, share with broader team and work to develop risk mitigation plans
  • Complete commercial/technical action modeling and strategic view/impact in a timely fashion meeting business needs
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of aerospace business
