Lead Operations Specialist
Job Description Summary
Lead day-to-day plant operations that keep our production lines and service shops running safely, reliably, and on schedule. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational performance, translating plans into action and ensuring consistent delivery to our customers.
You will oversee the planning and execution of production activities within a well-defined operating framework, while having the autonomy to make informed decisions, solve problems in real time, and recommend improvements. As a strategic thinker, you will leverage Operations KPIs to identify performance gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities, and drive actions that move the needle on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Your work will directly shape how our teams operate and how effectively we deliver on our commitments.
In addition to leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology Development Center, you will also own the management of Government Property. This includes end-to-end responsibility for tracking, scrapping, auditing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements—protecting both the business and our customers.
