Job Description Summary

This function supports our aircraft engine and systems product lines and with a 24/7 on shift team in the GE Aerospace Fleet Support Shanghai. In this role, you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals and responsible for support of global operations. Also, you will utilize your understanding and experience to solve customer issues and develop proactive solutions to the fleet.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support technical response and assistance in a timely manner to the customers in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of product lines.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails from customers and GE Field Service Engineers (FSE) to resolve field issues.
  • Assist customers with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) spare part supporting and issue resolution.
  • Provide diagnostics reviews with the customers on the regular basis.
  • Develop diagnostics analysis and provide recommendations in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience in aviation industry
  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and proven abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to establish productive working relationships in a cross-functional team environment
