-
Support programmes across the product lifecycle, including bids and proposals, new product introduction and in-service support
-

-
Interface with customers to develop RM&T analysis to support incorporation into aircraft level fault tree analysis
-
Lead the generation and analysis of in-service reliability data to drive both product improvements and facilitate prediction of spares volumes
-
Identify and manage reliability-related design risks
-
Evaluate system maintainability to support aircraft maintenance requirements
-
Create reliability test plans and procedures and document test results
-
Support recruitment, performance management, career development and succession planning for the team.
We are looking for:
-

Knowledge of industry standards such as ARP4754A and ARP4761 is highly desirable
-
Experience with the systems design lifecycle and capturing, understanding, and documenting customer Reliability and Maintainability requirements
-
Good appreciation of Design for Reliability principles and ability to generate RM&T assessments, including Reliability Predictions, FMEAs, and maintainability analyses
-
Strong understanding of reliable and usable product design
-
Experience in leading and developing teams including direct people leadership
-
Strong communication and influencing skills with demonstrated aptitude for interacting at all levels within the business
-
Passion for engineering and sustainability, with interest in industry trends and aircraft electrification
-
