Pay Transparency: The starting salary for a Sales Representative is between $25.31 per hour/$51,000 annually and $34.24 per hour/$69,000 annually.

Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for active Personal Lines Insurance license holders.

Evening Shift Differentials: Earn a +10% pay differential for eligible shifts.

Incentives and Recognition:

Hybrid role: Training 100% in-office; post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week
Sales associates are also eligible to participate in a performance driven incentive compensation plan in which top performers can earn up to $60,000 annually.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience Or

Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience **Or **

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience

A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills

Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
