GEICO is looking for a highly motivated and analytical associate to join the Research, Pricing, and Product Management (RPM) as a Rate Product Implementation Analyst!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, execute and implement activities which permit the company to put into effect rate, rule, and policy form revisions for all lines of business.

  • Develop system specifications to accommodate revisions or new items which impact the systems.

  • Research and analyze revisions to determine impact on existing systems.

  • Coordinate specifications with the appropriate departments including the development of a timetable for implementation and assist in evaluating results of system changes.

  • The ideal candidate must be efficient, organized, have strong analytical skills, demonstrate great communication skills, have a great attitude, and be driven to succeed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in business management or related field.

  • Experience with rating system (like GEICO’s) strongly desired but not required.

  • Experience with policy form revisions desired but not required.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary

$64,575.00 - $101,475.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
