Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher - Tucson, AZ Salary: $17.00 per hour/$34,255 annually

When our policyholders experience vehicle issues, you’ll be the one providing support for them with services like locating a locksmith or dispatching a tow truck. Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience providing outstanding customer service by fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Strong computer proficiency and typing ability – experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
• Open to feedback to support your performance and development
• Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
