Roles and Responsibilities
-
Lead Fulfillment for Pensacola operations
-
Ensure material delivery without disruption to shop and with 98%+ on-time to the final customer expectations
-
Partner with the Manufacturing and Global Fulfillment teams to ensure the master production plan can be fulfilled by the supply chain team
-
Implement standard work tools for the fulfillment team
-
Drive problem solving culture with local team to continuously improve KPIs while resolving fulfillment issues
-
Support and collaborate with GCLs / Supply Chain teams for cost-out programs and other strategic initiatives
-
Manage Regional inventory targets and improve/stabilize on-hand supply to drive improvement
-
Own regional ECO cut-in changes while collaborating with the Master Scheduler
-
Collaborate with Regional teams to identify total system and process gaps to delivery improvements and standardization for fulfillment
-
Manage / Lead a team of lead professionals
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain experience
-
Proven capability of delivering results and business outcomes in a dynamic environment
-
Thorough understanding of business processes with special focus to Supply Chain
-
Proven problem solving skills, data oriented and systematic skills
-
Oracle ERP Experience
-
Ability and flexibility to travel as job requires
Desired Characteristics

Broad understanding of business processes including material planning, material purchasing, inventory and S&OP

Six Sigma and Lean Proficiency

Ability to work horizontally across different business processes, functions and geographies

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $149,400.00 and $248,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
