From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and skilled manufacturing professionals, learning practical skills in a real workshop environment while also attending college through block-release training.

Job Description What you’ll do:

During your four-year apprenticeship, you’ll develop core manufacturing skills, including:

• Hand fitting
• Mechanical assembly
• Manual milling and turning
• Measurement and inspection
• Electrical wiring and connection

You’ll also build knowledge in key areas such as health and safety, CAD, mechanical maintenance, quality control and engineering materials.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for people who are curious, motivated and ready to learn. You should have, or be expecting to achieve, 5 GCSE passes including Math's, English and a Science or Technology-based subject.

We’d also like to see:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine interest in manufacturing and engineering
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good organisation and problem-solving
