Job Description Summary
The Quality Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across project activities. This role ensures that all quality-related issues, including non-conformities and customer/supplier concerns, are properly recorded, analyzed, and driven to closure through effective corrective and preventive actions.
The position also plays a key role in ensuring compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and international quality standards, while maintaining robust document control practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description What will you do:
- Monitor and follow up on quality-related cases, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Ensure project activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and international quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Participate in quality audits and support preparation of inspection/test reports.
- Track supplier and subcontractor quality performance and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring and critical quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone) and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and analyze quality KPIs (such as defect rates, NCR closure time, and supplier performance) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to manage quality concerns, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and resolution of issues
What will you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality preferably in engineering, EPC, or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., CAPA, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to analyze quality data and KPIs using statistical and analytical tools to drive decision-making.
- Experience in managing non-conformities (NCRs) and ensuring effective corrective and preventive action implementation.
- Familiarity with audit processes (internal, external, supplier audits) and audit documentation requirements
