Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:

• Transfer the product drawing and specification from English to Chinese;

• Set up MPP , routing and detail working instruction sheet;

• 3D Modeling , UG preferred;

• Pursue the lean in manufacturing design;

• Cutting tool selecting;

• Fixtures designing, drive cost reduction in tooling and fixtures;

• Coach the operator on machining, methods, MPP and routing;

• Problem solving in shop manufacturing, dispose the NCR; Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation in to production

• Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production ,EHS,HR&Admin,lean,etc.

• Participate in LEAN and EHS related actions.

• Complete all other tasks that manager assigned;

**Qualifications Required:

• BS of mechanical or electrical with the working experience for the large assembly projects as engineers more than 5 years, working in power generation equipment business is high valued.

• In depth knowledge of complicated system(, Steam turbine /generator…) and assembly & machining technology;

• Familiar with large vertical lathe and boring machine

• Familiar with quality tools FMEA, seven-way etc. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skill.

• Prior experience with lean manufacturing is preferred.

• Prior experience with CNC programming is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill; result- oriented; innovative; adaptable; self –motivated; have teamwork spirit.

**Desired:

• Fluent in English and mandarin (verbal & written); can communicate with foreign expert through the telephone or email.

• Can read basic English specifications.

• Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously.

• Aptitude to listen and understand requests.

• Easy contact: communication skills.
